These two RB's aren't the same car, no way Perez is so bad that he's this much slower.

I don’t think the RB is a particularly easy car to drive judging by all the number 2’s that have came and went…

I doubt Newey really cares how hard it is to drive and probably makes very little if any compromise in his designs to help the driver. I honestly think Max is a driver that will drive whatever is under him to 110% and Perez just isn’t and probably has preferred car characteristics.
