Agreed everyone just seems so fascinated with grey. (Looks at entrance hall that is painted grey with a grey rug!)
I love the area around BSE. A134 is one of my favourite roads to drive. The woodland scenery is lovely.

We moved into a house that was primary colour central so can understand the grey a bit even if I wouldn't ever do it. Our family bathroom is pink and my office is green (yet to decorate). Daughter's yellow bedroom has been fixed...
I've never driven the 134 as I start around Newmarket and would use 14 or 11. Will see if I can detour one day.
Woke afBig fan of colour.
I left my balcony door unlocked for a week when I went on holiday a few years ago. No issues. I think the cctv puts most people off even attempting to break inI regularly forget to lock the doors at night and on several occasions I've woken up to find I'd left the back door wide open overnight*.
Admittedly the fox cub in the utility room was a bit of a surprise.....
*Don't tell Mrs F whatever your do![]()
Big fan of colour. Each room at ours has an accent colour.
Teal living room, yellow hall, green kitchen, sky blue main bedroom etc. Not into lifeless grey/white houses.
I had just finished painting the upstairs bathroom and the other half commented on liking the colour she picked. I'm not sure she liked as much after I pointed out to her that I call it Makita Teal.

It's a combination of factors. The point I'm making is that monthly rate isn't solely determined by income, it is also impacted by duration. Two people with the same income/expenditure could borrow the same amount at the same interest rate but one might have higher repayments than the other based on mortgage duration.Surely regardless, your income/expenditure is going to dictate the monthly rate, regardless of duration?
I think we’re actually in agreement on that point.Creative accounting =! Need to equal ignoring accounting standards. It's just a tongue in cheek phrase.
God this thread is like Elon simps in the Roar thread.
