Hi guys I have Corsair 4000d case have 1001 capilex cooler my 7800x3d reaches 87 degrees when gaming and my 7900 xtx nitro has hot spot of 94 degrees is this ok for both any advice be appreciated

That's pretty toasty for both but within tolerances so I wouldn't let it bother you. I'd look at improving case airflow though!!
 
Agreed you need a well ventilated case with a fan at the back of your case and a fan at the top rear of your case sucking air out. Otherwise you have a nice cooker for a PC. Let us know how you get on.

Is this with default power limits or not? If default I'd say it's not performing as it should be ideally but not within the realms of risk, but with power limit maxed out on OC bios, I'd say this is acceptable.

I have the same case (3 front intake fans, one rear and one top exhaust fan), same CPU but have a gigabyte 7900xtx. Both CPU and GPU temps are similar to yours.

Room temperature around 25c. 87c for CPU is peak temp, usually around mid to high 70c while gaming. But GPU hotspot can be as high as 98c (25c delta) while playing high demand games.
 
Is your radiator cables at the top as there has been problems doing it that way. They should be at the bottom as that will ensure your pump does not run dry.
