Looks like Plusnet is down. To be fair this is the first outage 6 years.

I'm trying to remember life before the Internet...

Life before the internet was installing games from a demo disc, reading the reviews and also thank god for the patches. Kids don't know they are born...or something.

Its so easy now but also a bit less fun.

Yep, Plusnet's DNS servers are down. Just use Google's instead.

Pretty **** here though. I'm still stuck on ADSL2+, so rebooting the router a few times causes the line management to come into effect and I'm now currently sat with a massive 3Mb connection.

My mobile provider is Plusnet and some web sites yesterday were giving certificate errors such as SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER. I got around the problem by turning on Nord VPN.

Today, all is working fine and the VPN switched off.
