Its not that far off the traditional suffolk colour TBH. Bit brighter but I guess i am preconditioned to think it doesnt look that bad.
Was the latest barbie movie filmed at that location? Its not that far off the traditional suffolk colour TBH. Bit brighter but I guess i am preconditioned to think it doesnt look that bad.
In my experience it's a very black and white thing, they might have an offer or a product that does that but it'll be for anyone who meets the criteria.Does anyone know during remortgaging, do banks ever do things like wave the £999 setup fee to keep your business so you stay with them?

I've never known of any debate/negotiation or deals.
That's good going considering the work youve done.Spent around 40k so far on my house renovations....
Thought as much, but best to ask here![]()

Love how you've got pence and I've got "somewhere over £100k"That's good going considering the work youve done.
I'm at 37,758.78 but still need floor, all bedrooms, new bathroom, new roof, extension.
Hah yeah I'm pretty OCD when it comes to managing finances. I track every single item I buy individually no matter what, so keeping a running house spend total wasn't an issue.Love how you've got pence and I've got "somewhere over £100k"
I honestly made attempts to keep records but especially the garden got very blurry over time.
Also the kitchen, there was the cost of the kitchen then there was the cost of fitting, they were both fixed, then there was the cost of the various upgrades and extras we decided to make which I excluded from the total because it was discretionary.
I'm blessed that we could afford to not worry about it and haven't come away with any debt and exactly what we wanted but both the kitchen and garden definitely had a bit of runaway cost.
Would love to see pictures of your £100k kitchen and garden.Love how you've got pence and I've got "somewhere over £100k"

You should see the state of mine. Cupboards looked like they were glued together especially the doors where most of them have fallen off just by looking at them at an angle. Had to re-enforce some of them with wood glue and screws etcWould just make us feel crap about our own kitchens.
You'd be surprised how fast you can spend that much, it's only a 3 bed semi!Would love to see pictures of your £100k kitchen and garden.
Absolutely stunning! No doubt you've added more to the house than the works cost. How much did each (bathroom, kitchen & garden upgrade cost?I forget we did the bathroom too..
