Nothing of Valdolf Putlers war on Ukraine makes sense. Many people have witnessed these types of Russian atrocities. Cases are being prepared.

Because you failed to read the quote properly. There were two incidents:

1. His group murdered an entire apartment block of people (including 40 children) in the basement of the building
2. In a separate incident in Soledar, peaceful residents left but any fighting age person over 15 was ordered to be murdered as they left. There's no indication how many people were involved in this incident, but 20-24 people were murdered as they peacefully left

Yeah I suspect he'll be executed by either the Russians for confessing or the Ukrainians if they catch him, if this happened then there will almost certainly be evidence given the scale of what he's confessing. Apparently he also retracted the statement and said the journalist blackmailed him, none of us have seen the original confession, the Twitter account has no source, it's so difficult to believe anything like this when Ukraine is desperate for Western support and media coverage.

I honestly don’t think Roar87 has any issues conflating and manipulating text from various sources.

I don’t think so TBH. Numerous atrocities do seem to have been committed by the Russian military and it’s PMC forces. These types of reports are not uncommon.

Who knows if this story is 100% true, Russians like to lie about anything it seems, but there are plenty of pictures of the aftermath of Russians taking villages and towns in Ukraine of civilians left murdered on the streets and executed in groups

Russians are notoriously poor when it comes to counting, but these types of reports are almost certainly true.

But how do you know Bakhmut has no buildings over 8 floors?

Not sure how they were meaning that comment but those Soviet type design 9 story apartment blocks are a common feature of towns/cities like Bakhmut.

yes, I'm not sure if it was that difficult to understand, I was mocking the Russian's destructive war style and then having the balls to claim things were always like that.

you also need to be careful it's not above the Russians to claim something that is easily provable NOT to be true and then every Putin fanboy picks up on it to dismiss all the real war crimes they've committed

Some were yes. If you watch the documentary stuff its mainly older people.
Many said stuff like I survived under the USSR so I can survive again now.

Hundreds to a building no idea. Many buildings have cellars specifically designed for this kind of purpose. So its possible they were gathering.
