Noticed yesterday red liquid round my screw head on top of my back plate what is this should I rma it had it from Overclockers 28 days old 7900xtx nitro

Seen this before, pretty sure its either a warranty seal/mark or a type nut lock. I 99% sure its nothing to worry about.

Is it wet or dried? probably as above either warranty mark or Loctite.

For a breakdown on all four threadlockers: The Difference Between Red, Blue, Green and Purple Threadlockers

3. LOCTITE® Red Threadlocker

Your average lawn mower or snow blower is full of vibration. This is a torqued assembly’s worst nightmare. The best use of red threadlocker is for areas of heavy vibration.

Our lawn and garden equipment generally sees a lot of abuse, especially the equipment used during the winter months. High Strength Red Threadlocker is perfect for some key areas such as the bolts that hold the motor to the deck of a snow blower or lawn mower.

In these situations, specifically a product like LOCTITE® 271™ High Strength Threadlocker works best. Simply apply LOCTITE® 271™ to the nut and bolt, reassemble, and it will not only protect the fasteners from corrosion, but lock them in place to help resist shock, vibration, and temperature variance.

Our red, high-strength threadlockers are permanent but can still be removed. Depending on the size of the bolt, you may have to apply localized heat to soften the threadlocker in order to remove it with hand tools.

It might not even be thread lock. It could be a varnish, in electronics it's used for a variety of reasons. QC that the fastener has been checked, security, and a method of locking that's not as robust as threadlocker and also visible.

So is it ok temps on memory conjugation 83 and hotspot 87 or do I need to return

Temps seem fine.

Most likely it's just a little excess threadlock that seeped out when the screw was tightened up, which isn't a problem at all. Threadlock is anaerobic so only cures in the absence of air, which is why the excess is still liquid. The threadlock on the screw thread itself will have cured fine. Can either leave it as is or wipe it off.
