No way it is.
If it is, we've suddenly made a gigantic leap forward into almost modern film like CGI quality.
I don't doubt games will eventually look that good, but it's probably a decade or two off.
Edit: in fact isn't some of what is in that video live action?

Yes but that’s just a bunch of Unreal assets thrown together with some filters stuck over it. The game wouldn’t look anywhere near as good being played on your actual screen, and is just a ‘tech demo’ in terms of what the Unreal Engine can let you produce in just a number of weeks.

The graphics and movement on that video look so fluid. Very smooth and life like (not to mention disturbing as hell).

Somehow never noticed this thread or game before today... with how graphic and frankly disgusting it looks (especially that last scene kicking the mutant toddlers!) I'm surprised I haven't seen a lot of outrage/calls to ban it
