Gakpo makes sense in matches like this. Far more sensible with the ball and can sit into midfield to give us numbers. If we're too open against Spurs they'll absolutely do us

He can pass and press but doesn’t do anything, he can’t save bread and butter shots. Never catches and surely this effects the players infront of him.
The constant passing to him, to allow him to pass just outside the box wide - to be fair he’s got 100% success rate for these passes but it’s just soooo slow and kills any momentum in the game which is another reason why they are struggling because it allows the other team to get all set up. Each and every time.

It says a lot that Adam is no longer standing out with his posts.
Yeah, I think he spent too many years getting given the benefit of the doubt at RM. I don't think that was a second yellow. He went for the ball and the CP player blocked him off with his leg causing the contact. Just a normal foul. Not a yellow. He doesn't have the ability to temper his behaviour though.
I think mediocre FC is even being kind to United at the moment, mediocre is not bad, we're crap!
