Now have a scratch on the b pillar.

What should I do? Don't want it to rust.

It's an old car. Potential classic one day. But not in my ownership for sure.

Cheapest way to fix problem please

Pics?

I'd just use touch up paint if you're not too concerned about the appearance.

How can I post one? I'm on a phone

Nah not bothered how it looks. Its on the inner piller by the latch (should probably check the door to, forgot to do that lol)

The cars black so it will look odd
Yeah but if you paint it it won’t match and then as you keep trying it will get bigger. As long as it doesn’t get worse which it won’t leave it ( is my advice, I have many years experience of trying to make things look ok)

Sanding it down a bit, a few layers from a colour matched rattle can, then some laquer. Works much better than a touchup pen

I've done this more times than I care to remember, I can only assume a truck has by far thicker paintwork!

My current steed has a mere 558k miles (it's increased since the photo) under its wheels, its paintwork is just fine :D

I think upgrading to a HGV just to avoid this issue in future is a bit extreme :D
