But apart from hating it. It really really. Looks similar to natwest!
How can a bank rebrand and end up looking like another bank?

They could have easily kept the old colour scheme.

It looks even closer than above not side by side.

Agreed, one of the reasons I moved away from HSBC was because their mobile app was terrible and lacked features, but since then they've updated it considerably and added loads of features, like being able to pay in a cheque with a photo. The card reader really needs to go too, or be an opt-out.
