I'm seeking assistance in building a budget-friendly PC for my son. He enjoys playing Roblox and Minecraft, but our current PC struggles with Microsoft Flight Simulator—it's quite laggy. Could someone please suggest suitable specifications?

He already has a monitor and other peripherals; we just need recommendations for the CPU.
