Armoury crate

I have asus mobo, corsair ram, arctic air cooler and lian li infinity fans..use it to lock everything to one colour rgb wise(think ram do through icue) but that's about it...don't use for any other reason

I use it to control my rgb and also to set the cpu to low power when not gaming to save a bit of money.

Its not neccessary as you can use muhch less bloated software to do the things you wan tot do in general but its nice to have it all in one place.

Thank's guy's, was forming that opinion, pretty bloated I let it install my graphics driver and it froze my pc
had to uninstall it's **** up.! then download and install correct one

I think it’s garbage. Half of the time it won’t recognise the RGB on my GPU which is also asus. It never recognises my RAM so that just annoyingly does its own thing.

I removed it and installed signal RGB which instantly recognised my ram and Gpu. Only issue with that is I’ve got an NZXT cooler and the screen on that wouldn’t display properly without the NZXT cam software.

I’m not even trying to co-ordinate some flashing rainbow either I just want it all to one colour

I hate armoury crate tbh
Takes forever to install and uninstall
Runs a ton of processes
One of which jumps my cpu by 30c
Even though it only uses 7% cpu

It forever stops working
I have to use it just for the oled screen
That's on my motherboard
But for rgb I use signalrgb
For fan control I use asus ai suite instead
Definitely wouldn't recommend it personally
