B450 to X570 worth the money?

Currently running a 5700x and 7800XT along with a mix of SATA and gen 3 nvme SSDs on an MSI B450 Tomahawk. I'm looking to stay on AM4 for a good couple of years yet, but move to a couple of larger gen 4/5 SSDs.
In your considered opinions would an X570 motherboard offer a noticeable performance improvement over my current chipset, system is mainly used for gaming.

Save the money for a full upgrade to a new socket

Not worth the outlay on a 'dead' socket.

The 600 series should be good for another 3 to 4 years with bios updates.
