What do you want explained exactly?

If you want us to spec you a PC, what do you need with it? E.g. Monitor? Windows license? Keyboard & mouse?

What do you do with the PC? If games: which games and at what monitor resolution?

i need basically all the parts and specs explaining really, since i dont have a clue what any of them do, the only thing i have is a monitor which runs at 140hz and id preferably like it higher. and i will be gaming with it.

A 27” 1440p monitor would be ideal for your setup.

They’re generally available at around 165hz, which is a solid start for any sort of FPS or BR type games (next step up is 240-360hz). 1440p is a strong resolution for everything else.

The spec that @MissChief put together above will easily run all of your listed games at high fps, and max quality plus whatever AAA titles you might fancy.

Managed to get a 7900xtx in their with 6000c30 ram in there..get an air cooler for £30/40 and a copy of win 11 and you're done
I'd be tempted to wait 2 weeks before pulling trigger on the gpu though, to see what nvidia release in their super series, and see how it effects prices. May find price drops for exisiting, or just better speed for same money..if that 's the case you'll probably also see a price drop for AMD cards.fortnite runs better on nvidia, and you may want to weigh up whether you want to look at ray tracing and dlss as that's nvidia..no denying rasta performance on the AMD though

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £1,927.93 (includes delivery: £7.99)

im really appreciative for this, is it possible to get a different coloured case? and also will there be a video to put this exact one together? or is it just the same for all of them? thanks

ha ha, yup, generally white of black but you can have different designs also, but prices can vary wildly on case. Cases can come with/without fans also, so can make a big difference overall to price. Both myself and @MissChief have put builds to maximise your performance over looks, while still putting good quality cases in builds.. Id there something more specific you had in mind...if going white build, then other things to look at would be white ram, mobo with white accents etc...there's generally a 'white' tax to pay though, unless there's a promotion for white at time of buying

To put an alternative pov:

I think building with no experience can be a bit stressful.
If you could find someone has experience could help out as a favour or "foreigner" then it'd be worth considering.
Or you could watch a lot of YouTube.

For some, the 200 quid or so ocuk would charge is cost effective. I know a couple of software Devs could build themselves but prefer to pay.

so are the parts you put together everything i will need, and would run very smooth and efficiently?

140 Hz will be fine. But you should also budget for decent speakers or headset or soundbar. Will you require a webcam?

For peripherals overall, take a look at this thread. Obviously you already have the monitor. It's easy to concentrate on the system unit but your peripherals are how you interact with it and are the keys to your enjoyment. Equally, be careful to not spend too much. It's easy to spend £100 on a keyboard, £300 on a soundbar, £250 on a wheel, several £100 on a HOTAS, £50 on a trackball, and so on. With your budget, doing that would be detrimental to the rest of the system.
