It's an older title but 'The Turing Test' is a game that I found quite relaxing, it's a first person puzzle title in a similar vain to portal is probablky the basic description i can give.

I played a game called Spate a few years ago. Think it came in a humble bundle.

It's not a brilliant game, but I found it super relaxing to play, got some real ASMR impact from the sound effects. It's like LIMBO, but less puzzly.
