I don't want my sofas to be in the same place all the time; I slide them back and around a bit so I can film things in my flat and a lot of the castors / furniture pads are "no slip."
Also they seem to be to prevent scratching when what i have is dents from pressure.
I've ordered some castors from amazon but, to be honest, I'm skeptical they have enough surface area on the bottom to spread the weight enough.
Also; points for anyone who can tell me some sort of trick to getting these dents out or less noticeable without sanding the floor again. I can't sand the floor again. My hands hurt for a year after I did it.
