I'm assuming you are attempting to be political?
Haemostatically treated dressings aside the Israeli bandages are very much an industry standard trauma dressing, have been for as long as I can remember (20+ years)

I jest of course.... Although you do see a LOT of grown men wearing football tops especially when abroad (and not while watching a game)
