Latest windows 11 insider update allows GTA V to work

For quite a few months I’ve not been able to play GTA V. It seems to play for about two minutes before quitting back to rockstar launcher. At first I thought it was my pc, so in did any over clocking. Then tried lowering resolution and other graphics settings. Reinstalling GPU driving (using the driver software that deletes everything). Then after looking on forums noticed that those that had same issues all had windows insider. Unfortunately as I don’t have the beta version I can’t just stop getting next update, I’d have to do fresh windows install. So just kept waiting out updates, one did let me play for a bit longer. But latest one, when first loaded game, it said it couldn’t launch. Then second time it quit after just a few seconds. Tried later, and it worked. I first thought it maybe because I was walking instead of driving, but tried a few vehicles, lots of shootings, police helicopters and it didn’t quit. But for some reason, I’m not confident it’ll work next time I try. Anyone else had success with latest update?

I was on W11 beta and stuck in insider program, I *think* (it was a while ago and I've messed around with so many windows installs so can't be sure) I got out of it by either doing a Windows reset or reinstalling from usb (run setup.exe while loaded into Windows and select to keep files and apps).

To be safe before doing anything create a backup image of your whole OS drive including all partitions (I use Macrium Reflect).
