I'm after a new cordless mower and wondered if anyone who has a subscription to Which magazine would be kind enough to share the reviews. Or if anyone has any advice regarding cordless mowers that would be much appreciated too.
The Hayter mowers in particular seem a good brand so I've been looking them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

Hayter Osprey 46 cordless is the highest rated Hayter by Which? get's 76% (compared to 81% for the EGO).
It gets a Best Buy and ECO Buy award. Is there any others you're interested in?

I have a Hayter electric mower and hate the grass catcher as it always gets clogged on thicker grass. Pain is the mower is too expensive and well built so wont replace for a while yet.

Have you thought about a robot mower, for a small area like that you could get an entry level model.

For a small lawn like that i know it wont take long but add the time up over a year and it's quite substantial unless mowing the lawn is something you actively enjoy doing. (i really hate it so any excuse to get something which takes the chore away from me)

They left all the cuttings behind which then builds up as thatch, which is not good for the lawn.

ive been using one for 7 years and never noticed a problem, the lawn is in wayyyyy better condition than when i used to mow it weekly with a ride on.

I thought the main idea was that it cuts the clippings so small they just fall down and mulch which actually feeds the lawn?

Thanks for all the replies.
I'm definitely interested in robot mowers, we've got a robot vac and know how good that is. The problem is we have a dog and just can't see how they can work together.

Definitely get a robot. One of my best purchases. It's saved me so much time over the last couple of years so I can actually enjoy the garden rather than spend time cutting it on the rare occasion the sun shines. The grass looks so much better too.

We have a dog - you just have to get into a routine of doing a poo run every morning and keep an eye throughout the day. Worst case, you just get some extra mulch spread on the garden!

We don't have a dog but have cat and lots of wildlife that passes through our garden (foxes, pheasants, neighbours dogs  etc) and it's never been an issue.

As long as you clean up after them it shouldn't be an issue.

Not sure about the smaller ones as i needed a medium-large size but one but i know they do an Husqvarna Automower 105 which is about £900, be well worth looking into.

Project farm are good for reviews. Goes without saying batteries are expensive if you go electric so give consideration to how the manufacturer performs with other tools too.

For the garden equipment I went ego, no issues
