I assume this will reset the race order to as per the starting grid?

Does this counting as running a tyre compound for the two tyre rule? I assume so.

We have a restart order:

Race control - Order for restart: 1, 11, 4, 55, 14, 81 ,44, 16, 63, 27, 77, 22, 31, 10, 18, 20, 2, 24

And yes, it counts.
 
The nice green sport of F1. Sitting still burning a couple of laps of fuel off to shave off some race time. :D
Still blows my mind how long these engines can sit idling for. Imagine that in the old days, just all the cars on fire.

Really hoping this hasn't nulified the rest of the race with all the tweaks and tyre changes that has happened.
 
Hamilton, Russell, Ocon, Gasly, Sargean thave changed to the hard tyre

Tsunoda and Zhou have switched to the soft.

New set of Mediums on Sainz, Leclerc and Magnussen

New set of softs on Stroll
 
Ocon pit radio - Okay, so straight into management. Bottas and Stroll on the soft tyre. They won't last long in these stints. They're going to have to stop again.
