Would you get a 6GB RTX 3050 purely for RTX Voice & Nvidia Broadcast?

Suppose you have a high end AMD or Intel GPU. Would you get a low-end RTX GPU like the 6GB RTX 3050 as a second GPU for technologies like RTX Voice and Nvidia Broadcast?

(I have a RTX 4090 so for my primary PC the question is moot, and I have 10 Gb ethernet NICs in the 4x slots of my other PCs so it's moot there too.)

If you needed those features and AMD/Intel didn't have an equivalent that did the job, wouldn't you be better off getting a capture card, or some other streaming hardware at that point? I don't know the answer, just wondering, since they still cost nearly £200.

edit: nevermind, I suppose this RTX voice thing requires the rtx cores?
