Racism returns to Aberdeen

Are you able to explain your point or not?

I posted a factual post and you said I was misunderstood about Palestinian supporters (bearing in mind I said "some", not all).

So what is the missing information you think I misunderstood?

I think your linking of three far right leaders and antisemitism and pro-Palestinian protesters is wrong. You're, at the most, talking about a miniscule minority who you're inferring are many. Most pro-Palestine people are normal, not right-wingers.

There was this one on Twitter too recently:

That is why I said some.

But those some are influential, like the 5Pillars group.

They have been interviewing far right leaders, and found a lot of common ground.

When Hamas and Iran were attacking Israel Nick Griffin was tweeting his support of it to Dilly.

It is obvious far right agitators are exploiting the tensions, which I think is the motive for these antisemitic posters in the op story.

Someone on twitter made a comment to that Twitter user along the lines of; Jewish people are well educated so if you're going to fake a letter don't make look like it was written by a Somali.

She's since locked her account!
That’s racist towards Somali’s.

What a rabbit hole all this racism lark is

We live in a strange world were some posters you can be arrested for putting it up, while others you can be arrested for taking it down.

Well to be fair it's an assumption of mine that a fair number of people use softer terms when what they're really thinking is less acceptable, not that religion doesn't deserve the criticism of course.
So using a religious sort of label because they're a certain colour?

It's ok to talk about racism/racist stereotypes.... Isn't it?

The last page of complete pussy footing around racism and racist stereotypes is completely comical/cringe.

"How do you know what religion Somone is just by looking at them?"

Lol well. You can have a 95% educated stereotypical guess and more than likely be right.... It's not racist, it's observation common sense.

Yep, so what are you doing with your guess.

Is it good enough to start talking or acting or should you hold the assumption until you've got a confirmation. There's no urgency right, sometimes urgency demands acting on fragments of information and asking for forgiveness later.

When you're a nobody that has no first party information, being fast and loose is attractive, might even get upvotes! But there's more decorum in saying nothing and no risk of being wrong.
