Went to this before the Le Man 24 Open track walk (ran the 8 mile lap with a mate) the day before the race.
The Classic British Welcome originated from a passion for Le Mans and the 24 hour race. It’s a fun, colourful car show to welcome visitors to Le Mans, and is held every year on the Friday before the 24 hour race. Over a thousand classic cars of all shapes and sizes, from all around the world, gather in Saint-Saturnin, on the northern outskirts of Le Mans.

Thought id put the pictures here rather than overload Daily encounters! Mianly to find a decet car wash to blast off all the Hippodrome campsite dusk and had a space for the Pistonheads section at the event where also spotted @badgeruk and his noisy companion on the way in
I went back to the car as it was raining and a French guy asked if he could record the roof going up, I said just jump in and you do it, great to see some energy abroad for a car I worked on. Amazing range of cars and the locals seem to love it.
