After the success of this years first family ski trip we're onto planning next years.

So far we have flights in to Geneva booked for 8 days in February and narrowed our options down to St Gervais/Megeve or La Clusaz.

Who's booked/booking and where you heading?

Closest i have been to going for a Ski is digging in to a pack of 4 from Asda!

Bit early for my lot at the moment but Val T is looking like the winner for next year.

I'm fed up of experimenting with resorts, nothing touches 3 Valleys.

We done ourselves over a little bit jumping on the EasyJet release prices and tied ourselves into Geneva, the wife's adamant she doesn't want anything more than 2 hours but I could swing that to suit the 3 Valleys depending on time of day.

No dramas at all from Geneva, I always land there.

I can get to my pals place in Courchevel in about 2hrs 20. Just tell her it's 2hrs with no traffic. :D

Flights are booked for a couple of weeks in Breck again next April and deposit on the ski pass. Need to make a decision on where to stay this weekend and then I’ll be good to go.

Skis are on their last legs. Been warned by the ski tech that the base is now so thin the patches might start falling out :p

Can anyone recommend a 5 bedroom chalet in either Val Disere/ Tignes/ Les Arc/ La Plagne/ Courcheval. Budget £7,000 max. Nothing too worn down and tired looking.

Really hard finding chalets that aren't insane money unless they are a complete dump...

Anyone else drive from UK? I have for last 2 years for cost saving and more relaxing/ convenient bringing stuff with a toddler than hopping of on plane/ bus/ waiting around airports etc. Going to drive next year also.
