This is why I often buy parts on Amazon, chatted to customer service before and they have given me the difference in a refund. They may be truly awful in many ways, but customer service is still second to none.
Sadly I keep having parcels go missing, so can't trust them anymore when buying expensive goods. Fairly sure my local amazon driver is a bit dodgy.
 
I really shouldn't let FOMO get to me but I'm sitting here with a fully complete build ready to go, just need the 9800x3d in and to swap over my gpu.

I never get Amazon stuff delivered to my door - Always to an Amazon locker pick up point at the local supermarket, after I once had a delivery, I was looking out of the window, saw the van arrive, the driver took a photo from the driver's seat and then drove off without even attempting to get out of the van and deliver the parcel
