Not a clue.
The only thing I have different to you is I don't have a mod_order file in the base Mod folder. Although as you have only 1 mod there's not much to order
Did you install it manually or through Vortex? I did it manually.
And how the hell is the nude mod the top mod when sorted!?

I added a few more mods last night such as the easy blocking and counters and that seems to work.Not a clue.

The save mod still doesn't and yes I downloaded it manually.
Am I supposed to map the save button somewhere?
It's mapped to F5.

I think you may be able to change it, open the USII.pak file with 7zip and in the libs\config\defaultprofile.xml there's a key bind, I haven't tried changing it myself though as it works fine for me. The only things other that I could think of is if your keyboard had a secondary function and the FN+F5 key worked

Looking at the screenshots, I struggled to see any differences for the majority... there are some that stand out but most seem too simmilar.
True, but they are updating so will take time for all the textures I guess
