I may have finally got my nitro preorder through via ocuk. Bugbear being free delivery stopped working but I've now got an order here and elsewhere so I can actually get one.

Same here. Going to put a ticket in when things quiet down and ask for postage to be refunded if possible.

I don't work in IT and I don't host the website, it is not my area of expertise.

I'd suggest everyone gives up for 10-15 minutes and tries again later.

I put my card into the basket at 2pm,then the site wouldn't load for hours and then put me in queue for hours. I just give up. I wasted so much time on here,I didn't properly check other retailers too so probably might have got something.

Now,have nothing.

Dunno why you all even bother with OCUK on launch days. Sure outside of that they’re good to use and prices are usually decent but launch days are shambolic and it’s not a new thing .

They won’t spend any real money fixing it until they stop hitting their numbers…

2 and half hours wasted for absolute nothing but frustration trying to buy a new GPU..why is it showing in stock and then oos when added to basket?

certainly makes for a very very poor shopping experience.

Finally managed to order a 9070 XT went for a Taichi in the end, OCUK cheaper than competitors, wouldn't let let me select free shipping, might see if I can claim it back

There was no option for free delivery, at least for me.

I think the more expensive SKU's have stock, I've sort of short myself in the foot by going SFF because not all cards fit
