Yep, I'm dreading the email from sales saying due to a website problem my order cannot be honoured at that price...

This is the path I ended up going as well. Was trying for a Pulse since 2, site crashed at the very last step after my bank verification. When I got back in didn't fancy my chances on the Reaper so just paid for the Hellhound to make sure I secured 1.

only the ones way above the MSRP ones are left now, I wonder if there is any more Pulse left to release like @Gibbo stated

I'm in a similar boat but I need a card <320mm so realistically only going for Pulse or Reaper
 
Welp, possible success of a sort after almost 3 hours, I have managed to get to the order confirmation page for a 9070 non-XT – not what I wanted, but will do as an upgrade on my 5700 XT and will let me order the rest of my new build once the site stabilises.

This is what I did, though, was more than I wanted to spend.
