I saw more 9070s pop up and decided to snag the 9070 non xt reaper. Will be efficient in my SFF build to be fair.

I really like the Nitro+ but I'll be winging it anyway with a 650w PSU. It's a good one, EVGA G3 but I think the Nitro is too much for it.

I believe a good 650w can run 304W models with undervolt. Any OC model especially ones with 3x8pins or 12v-2x6 feels no-no for me.

Yeah, that is my thinking too. It's why I'll get one of the non-OC ones but won't touch any manufacturer OC'd one.
