Are there going to be any cards at MSRP? Or was that more of a 'one off if you're lucky' price? I'm after a non-OC 9070
R9 295x2 was a good example of that. 500w on 2x 8pins!The Nitro+ at 360W (OC) has an 83% safety margin (660/360).
A 2x8 pin card at 300W power draw has basically no safety margin according to the spec, each 8 pin is rated for 150W. Although we know that 8 pin can do more than 150W without melting.
im half tempted to just get a basic 9070 at this point.Today is your day Sir.
50 over odds was my max. Thats too saucy for a non OC card for me.
Not as saucy as the £800 red devil thats now in stock50 over odds was my max. Thats too saucy for a non OC card for me.
Hold!
It's not an MSRP card. The Challenger shoukd have been Asrock's MSRP model but they didn't make one. This is more like the Pure by Sapphire or Hellhound by Power Color, in the middle.Omg its £669 for what was an MSRP card i think?
