The Radeon RX9070XT / RX9070 Owners Thread

Anyone having issues with running the FurMark 1440p benchmark? Can run FurMark fine when I don’t do the benchmark and just click “Run” but when I try the benchmark, I get choppy frames/slideshow and it only utilises 13% VRAM before freezing? Timespy, Steel Nomad and all the latest games run fine…

Forgot to add it’s a Pulse 9070 XT! Latest drivers installed and had removed all traces of Nvidia drivers before installing the Pulse.

ok have done what suggested, but this time just installed minimal drivers, just played hr or cyberpunk with no issues so far, phew was so bloody annoying those drop outs

Was getting 30022 at stock.

Doubled my 6800 score, happy days.

I've never used v2 as it was flagged by some AV


Even though I'm 99% sure it's safe. I'll never install it, still running Furmark 1 because of this :cry:

It’s FurMark 2 but I’ve had it installed a while and ran benchmarks using my previous 3090 without an issue. Like I said it runs fine with my 9070 XT if I click “run” and the stress test continues indefinitely but if I choose the 1440p benchmark button it becomes a flip book.

Yeah sadly 9070xt and 9070 is it at most there might be a higher memory model for ai fun or a slightly better binned 9070xt but thats it folks

No idea mate, could be anything ... software ... hardware ... network issues - That's why IT folk still have jobs
I still haven't figured out why Forza 4 crashes on my 3070 and 5070TI when it works perfectly on my son's 3060 .... I have to use his PC whenever I want to play it :cry:
