Ive got a tuf gaming ryzen7 with a 1660 ti play stuff like first decendent, division etc. this was working fine for my needs but first decendant some times just drops in to the teens then is fine for like 30mins just looking to replace the laptop now.

Referb tuf with 3070 for £819 or new gigabyte with 4070 for £1100? am I getting a lot more with for £300?

yes you get a lot more, but depending on what you do the 3070 is a big upgrade over what you had.
i would think the 4070 would be about 15% faster depending on the game and DLSS on the 4000 is better than 3000.
also AI frame gen is(so we here) comeing to the 4000 gpu's

what CPU is in the 2 models

Ryzen 7 6800H with the 3070 and Core™ i7-13650HX with the 4070
