Millie Turner signed a new contract and brought her dog along, all players should do this from now on

Saw that earlier and thought it was great. I can imagine a glass bowl with a gold fish in it on top of that desk with Brunos contract extension.
that head tilt though, theres behind scenes video of that photoshoot and the photographer was loving that shot.

In somewhat related news, apparently Chelsea are trying to decide whether to pay the very high cost of cancelling Sanchos move in the summer or just accept their fate :p
It's just £5m according to Ornstein. Given the cost of signing him, £20m odd transfer fee + a 4 year contract, it seems a no brainer for Chelsea to pay that.

It's amusing how after the first few weeks of the transfer when he got a couple of assists and everyone was trying to make out it was all Uniteds fault and they'd made a huge mistake and yet here we are!

Does appear that way. Welcome back Sancho

If he does return then you've got to assume it ends with Utd just giving him away for free in the summer. He's down to the last year of his contract iinm so there's no more loaning him out in the hope of increasing his value and it's hard to see anybody taking on his full salary in a loan deal next season. So rather than paying half (more realistically) of his wage to play elsewhere, Utd may as well give him away in the hope that a 4 year deal at even half the money is enough for Sancho to give up that final year of his deal at Utd.

I would make him serve the lunch rota myself. Put him to work around the ground. I'm sure there are plenty of jobs that need doing that a man of his talents could manage.

Do they still serve lunch at OT? :p

At least he's only got one year left regardless of what happens.

Offer him a realistic contract based on his performances and then let him see if anyone else wants to match that.

I'd have him around if he's fit and on less than half of what he is now.

No way. He needs to go. He's a symptom of the 'old' (not sure it's actually changed) management philosophy (assuming there was one). Plus, he's not good for the dressing room.

Needs to not step foot back on Manc soil.

Have you forgotten "freedom"?

Why would we do that? A realistic contract for him is ~£100k/week. He will get far more than that by letting his silly United contract run down and becoming a free agent. Hes clearly a massive **** that doesn't help the dressing room culture and he is precisely the sort of player than every other top club would run a mile from.

Oh and an extra year of his current salary is probably worth 3x what United would want to pay him if he was paid what he is worth so again, there is zero incentive for him to accept a new contract on lower pay. This is precisely why you cannot give players insane contracts unless they are a dead cert.

He certainly going to struggle to find anyone to take him on with huge wages, after basically doing nothing for nearly 4 years at United and elsewhere.....

If he comes back in the summer - they need to find somekind of agreement and just get rid of him. With only a year left on the contract, he's not going to stay after that and certainly ain't going to put in a shift on the pitch so find a deal and cut him loose.

He'll end up at Como or alike - somewhere paying decent wages but I don't see him back at the level he was before ever again after this long in the wilderness.

Certainly seems like someone who got the money / fame / clothing / cars etc and just thought he was "made"....

I agree, however it's more a case of making a point to him and that his **** behaviour and lack of performance has consequences - also to the other players at the club that think they've made it by just arriving at OT. Offer him a realistic contract, and see him refuse it, dither around because he thinks he's on the level way above what he's actually shown in a tough league like the PL, ask for more elsewhere and see him sign for Stoke when none of the big boys come in.

Then get EtH back in for a special appearance with a FREEDOM t-shirt on.
