Opps! That one went over my head! :cry: They were made deliberately light though for my mam
You need to share with me your Roasties cooking technique, mine never end up like that :cry:
  • Rinse peeled spuds in a pan for 5 mins
  • Boil for 10 - 12 mins
  • Rough them up in the pan with Salt & Pepper
  • Let them cool for 5 mins
  • Put on a baking tray with oil at 190c fan assisted oven and toss them so all sides of the spud are covered in oil
  • After 20 mins turn the spud over
  • Put back in for 30 mins (Conveniently the same time the Yorkshire puds take :cool:)
