Solar panel production figures

projected 41.6, generated 43.2

March stats
Generated 861 (570 in 2024  )
Imported 841.24 @ £59.48 or 7.07p/kwh
Exported 666.52 @ 99.98 @ 15p/kwh
Standing charge 31 days at 47.61p = £14.76

Total Bill = -£25.74

My export from 31 March is missing also, I'll see if it turns up when my bill arrives :(

Agonisingly close to an outright record day today, 59.7kWh generated, 500Wh short of breaking the record. Still, a 2025 record nevertheless.

The reason it wasn't a record day is because I have several gigantic trees both in my garden and nearby plus some enormous houses in the vicinity which at this time of year means that there is a slight delay while the rising sun clears/passes those trees. At 07:45 I was generating 800w, at 07:50 I was generating 2200w. It won't be long before the sun gets high enough in the sky fast enough for this to not really cause any concerns.

Mine was missing also, just went to check on octoprice and got this
c[t] is undefined

Think something got broke lol

Edit
Just checked Octo-Aid and import/export has come through but Gas is still MIA
Mines just come though, another 6.99 of export to add to my £25 profit this month, happy days.

That was a big one as well, 46.57kwh of export for yesterday.

More new records yesterday, highest generation and export.

SolarEdge: 21.7 kWh
Garage: 19.52 kWh
North west roof: 16.16 kWh
House rear wall: 8.1 kWh
Peak power was 9.52 kW at 14:03

Total generated yesterday: 65.48 kWh
Total exported yesterday: 70.91 kWh
Total imported yesterday: 23.41 kWh

It would be nice to get some rain overnight to clean the panels! :p

Are we back to dusty panels? Was that May 2023???

Haha. I know it's not a big deal and I'd never pay to get them cleaned but I have bird poo on them and it bugs me!

I'm buying a house and it has some 16 solar panels on its roof, when I asked about the setup they told me they export all their surplus to the grid and I was wondering if it was worth while investing into a large storage battery.

Also what maintenance do these panels require? FR m what the seller have explained to me this solar system they've had in place for the last 9 years is the greatest thing since sliced bread bit I'm thinking it can't all be strawberries and cream. Is there anything I need the be a aware of?

This isn't the thread for questions like this, I'll answer it over in the other thread to keep this one on track.
