This Instant And Moment - 2025!

Well I used to get them playing rugby but the coaches used to literally drain them at the side of the pitch and throw you back in the game!

Not sure about toes - ribs, shoulders seem to be a common issue lots of pressure games here - lots of the whitebelts get mat friction burns though.

Hmm. Must be my club then! I've had two or three broken toes, and at least one or two people have toes taped up in each class. Reckon it's driving in from on top.

I mentioned this to a beginner, and said I don't know why it happens. The following week, he had his toes taped up...

Yep, rib and shoulder injuries are common. I get fewer bruises these days- not sure if that is improved skill or my body adjusting.

I'm generally in less pain these days, just DOMS - but I got to the gym too so probably a lot of DOMS! haha!

Sigh, forced to change my password on a system due to new requirements but the form kept erroring out saying my password didn't match the requirements of blah, blah and blah - eventually realised it was trying to validate my old password (you have to enter the old password and then new one twice on the form) against the new requirements - but good luck getting anyone at support to comprehend that who keep coming back with "yes your password needs to match blah, blah and blah" *facepalm* eventually escalated to someone technical who basically accuses me of being difficult and force resets my password (to blank), which does solve the issue but only by accident, and still not actually understanding the issue until about an hour later I got something of an apology when I guess when more people started to report it.

Where is this? Looks lovely <3

on the back, or riding? Did you enjoy it?

Komodo national Park. 4 days/3 nights on a live on boat.

Saw flying foxes (bats) leaving their roost to go to mainland to feed on a sunset back drop

Swam with several green sea turtles.

Snorkeling with about 30 manta rays (one even brushed against me)

And saw 2 komodo dragons have a face off on one of the few islands they live on wild.

Think it's been the best experience in my entire life. Especially the manta rays.

Oh wow! What an incredible experience you are having!

Those blue waters look amazing!

Just walked behind someone with a jumper that said: "Dear person behind me, the world is a better place with you in it. Love, the person in front of you."

Unfortunately I didn't have my phone on me to take a pic, but I caught up to the person and said that I really loved that jumper, it made me smile, and he replied and said "good, that's the intention!".

It's made me feel good for the day.

Being nice, especially randomly to a stranger, goes a very long way to improving the day I think.

I think that means you're his wife now. Congratulations, I wish you both much happiness!
