Holding for my Astral tho. I got an FE too just in case I can't secure the Astral this week

I almost did the same but ended up pulling the trigger. I've been holding out hope for a somewhat reasonably priced Aorus WB card, but that doesn't seem to be coming anytime soon. Maybe we'll see a FE waterblock that isn't absolute misery to install sometime in the future?

Very annoyingly my rig finally kicked the bucket just as the 5090s were releasing. I would have waited had I not needed a replacement GPU :-/

I'm trying to convince myself that if, somehow, the stars align and an already blocked card becomes available that I'll just be able to easily resell the FE

You can't do that here. I would edit that out before you get banned. You can get an astral inside an SFF case
