It's too hot :(

Definitely too hot , sweating after taking the dog out for a walk. 22.5°C in the cool kitchen.
23.5 in the living room with a thermal blind down. Big window compared to the kitchen though.

Too hot here , processing craft gin , manual work doesn't go well with heat , Obby Oss is in town today so hope the traffic doesn't get too bad when I go home

Had a cold drink and an hour and a bit rest, stopped sweating and still the same temperature in the living room as the sun's going off the window. In winter it gets colder in here about due to the way the house is oriented, east/west sun morning/evening north facing kitchen wall and the other semi blocking the south.

Working from the "garden office" this week:

Only another 10 minutes and then I can go on my lunch break.

One good thing about working in a laboratory, electron microscopes work best at a constant temperature.
It's 21C in the lab all year round.

Top tip from someone that works out in 40°C sunshine, soak your t-shirt in cold water and then wring it out before putting it on. Do the same with a floppy cotton hat.

Enjoy your personal, if slightly damp air conditioning for an hour or so. Repeat as required.

Good tip, if I work out in the sun I will take my shirt off for about 10-20 mins depending on how strong the sun is then put it back on for an hour. Legs are not normally out that often due to getting sunburnt years ago. They are a bit sensitive now compared to the torso.
