Waterblocks 9070xt, 5080/5090

it is fairly simple. Obviously hands are shaking as you dismantle 2k card :)
Ventus cooler is very easy to take off. It's using putty, not the pads, so it was a bit tricky you just apply pulling pressure and wait, the putty will let it go.

What case are you using? I'm tempted to consider watercooling a 5090 as a pet project, as I've never done it before.

Especially if I got my hands on a Ventus/Palit

Could you give an idea of the total costs?

There is nothing wrong with Bykski blocks. I had a full cover one on my old 3070 and the quality and performance is top notch. Don't be put off just because it comes from China. Mine was received 8 days after placing the order for a much cheaper price than other manufacturers.

Installed mine last week, nothing special about installation, I only used Aurora blocks from Alphacool before, but this Core block is noticeably better quality. I works pretty well too, both GPU and VRAM temp went down by ~20C.

What riser cable youre using? My linkup only works as 8x gen4 with 5090. But with 3080 full 16x gen4

Finally looks like I might be able to build my new loop soon. Watercool have just posted that they have received their heatkiller blocks, just need etching and will start delivery of pre orders in the next few days.

I've ordered a 9070xt red devil block from Alphacool but when I go into my account and check my orders it says this (despite having been charged via paypal):
"

Orders

Here you can find your orders sorted according to date. (Only the last 4 years)

You have not recently ordered."

Just installed my powercolor red devil 9700xt with Alphacool block. Had a slight hiccup with an unplugged connector (wiring rat's nest) and had to find a better tool to tighten the blanking plug as it got stuck early and was leaking slightly.

1st 3dmark run : https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/138695590?

I don't plan to overclock if it all.

I know it's a bit old, but I've been rocking a bykski block for several years now and it's been every bit as good, if not better, than the EK ones I used to buy. I will be actively seeking Bykski for my next upgrade.... when I can afford it!
