What TV shows are you currently watching

Families Like Ours on BBC iPlayer. Danish drama about climate change. Enjoyable if depressing look at a potential near future

The Dad looks like a cross between Will Poulter and Harry Enfield with a touch of Kenneth Branagh

After persuading my wife to watch Deadwood after I watched it years ago. I've now done the same with House of Cards, although I did abandon season 5 and have no plans to watch it this time.

Finally got around to watching season three of The Wheel of Time - two episodes in and loving it, I just hope it gets renewed for season four (and beyond)

Got round to watching The Last of Us S1 if only cause I'm getting battered with spoilers for S2 so may as well get on the weekly episode train. Started off really slow but the acting has brought me along a lot more. Some great songs too.

Half way through Season 2 of the Orville.

Absolutely love it as a fan of the TNG to Enterprise era of Star Trek. Much prefer this to Discovery.

There's no comparison between Discovery and The Orville. The latter is well written and very entertaining. Discovery is a hot mess of utter crap. How I sat through the entire show I'll never know. I guess I was just overly optimistic with "it has to get better, right?" type thoughts. It didn't.

Just finished watching Bad Thoughts on Netflix (the wife thought it would be funny). The opening sketch of the first episode was bl00dy hilarious with the hapless hitman but it went downhill from there. Very fringe, bordering on homo-erotic in many of the sketches and way too much scatological humour too. Not quite sure who the target audience is. Not me I have to say.

As the user comments say, why not just code an App for smart TVs to install?
I suppose this is better than only being built into TVs, unless the adoption rate picks up.

I’m gonna steal your link and post it in the Freely thread in the TV board.
