would be in keeping with RBR to get Ollie Oakes when he's apparently been linked to the Mazespins and breaking sanctions along with his brother
Odd that a site as semi-reputable as MSN would publish something like that.
I'll believe it when I see it though. Horner is ingrained in to the fabric of RB. Perhaps Mateschitz really was the glue that held all the various factions together.
I can hear Daddy Stroll opening his cheque book alreadyIf he does go, I won't be surprised to see him return to F1 with another team: his record is fantastic
Would be hilarious. Newey, Max, Horner and Honda all to AM as RB 2.0.Didn't Newey basically leave RB cos of the Horner stuff? Can't imagine him turning up at Astons doorstep would go down too well!
He's done pretty well in WEC, and I think Haas having 2 rookies wasn't a great start for his F1 career. He didn't really show much promise, especially when compared with the current rookies, but maybe he's in a better place now. There seem to be quite serious rumours that Mick will be making an F1 return with Cadillac next year![]()

That's really great. Well done him!Brundle received his well-deserved OBE today:

I just saw this on the Beeb, a great photo essay on F1 at 75; https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/extra/v7yykmbyey/f1-at-75-by-bbc-sport-and-getty-images
Woops
A interesting video about McLaren's (possible) brake magic from the guy who did his PHD on phase changing materials while working for them a couple of years ago:
Indeed, other teams might do well in trying to copy Mclarens system if they can. But I'm sure they probably will be on it..Looks like this has been ruled out by the FIA inspection of their braking system and clarification of the rules. Just clever use of air, and better heat management in the first place.
