Presumably he thinks Piastri let off/braked far too early (i.e. far earlier than would be expected at race pace), which he perhaps did given Russell was nearly parked in the back of the McLaren and Verstappen flew past them both

Not sure why the boxed him. Lando should have worse mediums from his fight with Russell yet he's still out there. And they put Oscar in traffic.
