It's bad for sure but what's the alternative - sack him and start all over again with the same bunch of players and another manager...??
Got to give him a full season, couple of transfer windows and judge from there.
Needs a proper centre forward for sure (Cunha ain't it!).... Sadly despite trying to stay positive about Hojland - I just don't see anything there that makes me think he'll "be the man" going forward
Then we end up with players who are suited to a formation that nobody plays and have to start again (like we have for the last decade).
I thought the modern club (evidently not United/INEOS) was designed to work regardless of the manager. The model etc.
