Hospital canteen chips are best chips

What soy sauce are you using? If you are in to these type of dishes then get some Pearl River Bridge magic stuff with the lucky boat noodles!

I use Lee Kum Kee Premium light and dark soy sauce and Shaoxing cooking wine.

I use the Shaoxing myself but try the Pearl River Bridge soy sauce. Game changer.

It’s what the Chinese restaurants use
