I use the Shaoxing myself but try the Pearl River Bridge soy sauce. Game changer.I use Lee Kum Kee Premium light and dark soy sauce and Shaoxing cooking wine.
Random question for this thread but why aren’t potato curries more popular? Also, are there any supermarkets that sell them?
@Gilbert89 is all curried out I thinkif you get one unnamed member on them you’d see at least once a week.
