Price drop, and will probably go lower at some point.

I'm confused. Why did you pay £55 for two £7 steaks, if they're Spanish?

Annoyingly it’s really hard to get decent steak around here. What is available in local butchers has always been really disappointing and even that is around €40/kg

I fancied something better and this place had great reviews but agree the quality of this doesn’t look as good as you’d hope (although their other stuff looked good. I just wanted rib eye)

Next time I’m gonna try online. This place is around the same price but looks a better steak

That's put Spain off my list of countries I'm thinking of moving to then :D

Probably not the same issues in the North of Spain I would guess.

I've got the 1 and 3 and have been eyeing that one up.

Great camera's that walk all over the Go-Pro.

That's insane. I'd have thought that cows grow like weeds over there. Well that's Spain off my list then, steak is a staple food in this house :D

As you know Moon man is a **** head , well actually I am replacing a full bottle of red ( a session )with a double whisky, so I guess this is an entry level single malt , feel free to recommend a brand , I know I like Jameson's and Glenfiddich.
Btw I am team some alcohol is better than none health wise and no link will convince me ( I was politely advised to leave the otw thread)

also yes my finger nails are filthy, just been gardening

I've got a bottle of Apple Schnapps I might bring out at some point soon.

Yeah. Head up around Bilbao/San Sebastian and you’ll get some amazing stuff.

Down here it can be hard enough just buying fresh milk in some supermarkets!

Jura is a cut above entry level AFAIK, or it was 10 years ago :)

Cheap bbq and spade.

Are you Facetiming your spade from the barbecue?

I have not bought anything except Oreo ice cream cones and sandwiches... They are excellent but no pics :o

Have a look in the whisky thread, or post asking for recommendations. You'll get much better traction there.

Very good work moving from a bottle of red to a double whisky.
