RTX 5090 BELOW MSRP AT OcUK !!! (End of Month Special - SOLD OUT)

I foolishly spent £1700 on a 4090 FE, I'm not being suckered by nvidia again with the 5090.
Sell it now you'll only have to spend £200 to get a 5090, they are selling for what you paid on an auction site

OC have blew the competition away with their Palit 5090 price, people were quick to accuse them of price gouging in the past, credit where credit is due now I think. Just bought 1 anyway plus a 1200W PSU. It will give me a much needed boost gaming wise.

Not for me anyway (too rich for me), but gpu warranty doesn't seem like it's worth the paper it's written on anymore.

Used to be able to rely on it and even late in warranty you'd get swapped for an equivalent in performance & memory from the next gen. Now it doesn't seem to matter where you buy from, 6 months down the line and it's either a customer return (which normally means coil whine) or a partial refund. No one even seems to be bothered to send it back to manufacturer for you like they used to.

I had no intention whatsoever of even thinking about a 5090, but for some reason this is tempting me lol! Talk about fomo. Lord give me strength.

RRP for 4090 FE was good value imo but only the FE and if bought at launch

you could sell it now for the same price or more and the disappointing 5080 performance means its still the 2nd fastest card for a while yet

not sure if the 5090 at RRP will be the same FE or not

That's totally nuts. People being led into thinking £1880 for a gpu is a bargain. It'd be more sensible to become a Trump supporter. ;)
Of course it's a lot of money but it's a fair few quid cheaper than other places so in comparison it's favourable. Almost nothing is getting cheaper nowadays and Nvidia have cornered the high end GPU market so the choice is to have or have not, it's fine if you choose to have not, let those choosing to have spend their own money without criticism imo.
