Staff food today, some mejadra style rice topped with crispy shallots and pomegranate, grilled chicken and cucumber.

Not the most exciting looking but tasty.
 
OK, this was yesterday but I didn't have time to post.

A cinnamon bun. But not just any cinnamon bun. I'm not usually a fan of them, but this place in Copenhagen makes and sells around 4000 of them only on Wednesdays. A friend told me they were next level and worth a bit of a queue .

And holy moses, were they right. My life is forever changed. The perfect balance of sweetness and cinnamon heat. Still-warm dough, light as a cloud with a very slight chew. Absolute perfection.
