Spares for Lian Li PC-O11DX Mid Tower Gaming Case?

I know I bought this around 5 years ago, does anyone know if spares are available ?
I managed to shatter the side glass panel while cleaning the front glass on a worktop :eek:

OK so I did expect better from Lian Li, but I guess they don't give a monkeys about support anymore. After 10 day wait I get this reply:

I purchased a B grade one and swapped out the glass for now, but next time I invest in a decent case it wont be Lian Li !
I don't mind having to pay, it was my mistake after all, so an email saying send us X amount and we will ship a replacement would have been great, but to point me to a platform I don't use is not helpful :p
 
i raised a case with there support for a broken rgb strip on the lancool 2 in December 24, as of today they are still waiting for it to "ship" out, everytime i try to ask for an update i get were waiting for parts. great case but crap support imo..
 
What's the difference between the PC-011D and PC-011DX? I might be able to help out.

Edit: Ah, just seen that you bought a B-grade one and cannabilised the side panel.

Yes I have, thanks anyway :)
I am not 100% sure but I believe they would be interchangeable, IIRC the glass panel is 440x420mm.
Mind you, I now have an as new looking case, minus a side :D

Have seen lian li before on these forums provide
Replacement glass for free for someone
Who shattered their 011d side panel

And yeah tempered glass i always
Put a towel down on the worktop doesn't take much
To shatter it if you're unlucky

They've sorted it now anyway
For perspex/acrylic etc
You would also need to find a way to secure it
The side panel has little metal "pegs" on the glass
That go into grooves on the case to hold it in place
Not sure if you could get those off
The broken panel to be able to glue them onto perspex/acrylic etc
Never really looked at how they are bonded to the glass

If they're unlucky enough to do it again
Might be worth looking at

Might have been me, although mine wasn't shattered, the adhesive around the edge of the glass started failing and the metal edging coming off as a result. Explained to Lian-Li, they seemed to agree that it wasn't good enough so I imagine viewed it as a warranty job.

In the end I ended up giving that old PC to a friend, so I have a spare side panel kicking around which is no longer needed.
