No news about my Argos Switch 2 order, but I have received shipping confirmation and a tracking number for my Switch 2 Pro Controller order

Amazon despatch emails generally go out in the evening the day before delivery.
Some right impatient people in here, very comical watching from the sidelines.

Got an email they are killing off the old legacy Prime household program - can't remember now why we didn't move people to the new family plan. EDIT: Oh it is because Amazon are stupid and you can't share household benefits on the family one without also sharing your Amazon wallet/payment...

Even if I still had my pre-order id want it delivered Saturday rather than during the week.
I need it before Saturday as I am flying, we all have different use cases

Someone noting delivery has been received but they're at work and counting down the hours.

I mean the main reason I want to know sooner is because I want to be able to factory reset my Switch OLED and pack it up to give to someone else so that I'm ready for the Switch 2 when it arrives.

With my Amazon experience, the dispatch email is the evening before. The next email that has the delivery window arrives in the morning of the day the item is supposed to arrive. So I'd imagine most people want that dispatch email so they can arrange someone to be in, or take the day off work themselves etc.
Nope - not yet. If I look at my order, it still claims it'll be delivered on the 5th.
I wouldn't say I'm impatient... but find it odd that I placed an Argos pre-order on day one, and loads of people have had despatch emails from Argos (some about 4 hours ago) and I haven't heard a peep yet!
They've got all day to despatch it, so I'm sure it'll happen at some point.

If it wasn't released until next week would you still need it tomorrow?
Im looking forward to some non biased reviews and feedback. My kids have seen the advert so very much want one but if it's anything but amazing they can just have a Switch 1. Still really disappointed in the lack of docked VRR seems a strange omission these days.
